The Northwest Machine Co., Ltd. is reformed from the Northwest Machine Factory (No. 709 National Factory). It is the leading enterprise of research and manufacture electronic special equipment, found in 1940.

The company’s headquarters is located in Xi’an High-tech Development Area. It has “two bases” of Xi’an scientific research and Caijiapo processing manufacture, and covers a total area of 740,000 square meters. The registered capital is ¥262 million and a total asset is ¥ 380 million. Up to now, the company has more than 3000 employees including 900 engineers and technicians, one provincial tech-center, one research and design institute, five invested branch companies and multi-management units.
